Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026. This page explains how CVMondo processes information submitted with employment applications.

Information we collect

Name, contact information, country, city, nationality, age, marital status, professional information, curriculum vitae, personal photo, and an identity card or passport image.

Purpose of processing

The information is used only to receive and review an applicant's profile and connect it with suitable employment opportunities. It is not used for marketing or sold to other parties.

Storage and retention

• The website must operate over HTTPS.
• Application information and files are not sent to an external messaging service.
• Application data and documents are stored in encrypted private storage outside public_html.
• Text fields may be saved for up to 24 hours in this browser only; uploaded files are never stored in the draft.
• Applications and associated files are automatically deleted after the configured retention period of 90 days.

Access to information

Access is limited to authenticated administrators through the protected control center. Files are decrypted only for an authorized download.

Privacy-preserving visitor analytics

CVMondo records aggregate page visits, country codes, traffic-source categories, campaign labels, and known crawler counts. Country lookup runs locally on the server. The analytics database does not store visitor IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or user-agent strings, and analytics data is not sent to an external analytics or messaging service. Visits made during an authenticated administrator session are excluded.

Applicant rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your application by contacting privacy@cvmondo.com. Additional rights may apply in your country of residence.
